Christmas deadline and timeframes.
In order to have received your order by Dec 25th, it must have been placed before 12/1 - 12pm EST. Any orders placed after that deadline were not guaranteed to be received by Dec 25th. Our current backlog of orders currently varies from 12-20 business days production time, then ship - depending on items purchased. WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SHIP?
We ship all orders FedEx / UPS shipping with tracking and insurance. We offer different FedEx / UPS shipping options for you to select during checkout. On 4/24/17 we switched to FedEx / UPS in order to offer more reliable and robust shipping options to our customers, including realtime shipping quotes at the time of purchase. All of our orders are shipped with insurance at no additional cost to our customers.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from us once your order has shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. Not all countries are supported. The list of countries we do support is listed during the checkout process. Please choose the FedEx / UPS international shipping options during checkout. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
I’VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER BUT NOTHING IS SHOWING ON TRACKING YET?
We print our shipping labels when we begin the packaging process. The email is automatically sent out from when the label prints, not from when FedEx / UPS picks it up. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
