Our current production time varies from 12-18 business days, then ship - depending on items purchased. If you purchased a Quick Ship item, then it will ship within 1 business day. Our Christmas deadline for personalized jewelry is 12/1. All orders placed by the deadline will be shipped in time for Christmas. An email with tracking info will be sent at the time your order ships. If you ordered after 12/1 and purchased expedited shipping, this DOES NOT speed up the production time of making your jewelry. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from us once your order has shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. Not all countries are supported. The list of countries we do support is listed during the checkout process. Please choose the FedEx / USPS international shipping options during checkout. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
I’VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER BUT NOTHING IS SHOWING ON TRACKING YET?
We print our shipping labels when we begin the packaging process. The email is automatically sent out from when the label prints, not from when FedEx / USPS picks it up. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
