The necklace in these photos is what happens when a beautiful vintage piece is given an entirely new life.

I started with a pair of vintage Taxco sterling silver clip earrings and transformed one into this incredible statement pendant, and I have completely fallen in love with this chunky piece of perfection.

Measuring approximately 2” x 1.5” and standing 1.2” tall, this is not a delicate, disappear-into-your-outfit kind of necklace. It has presence. History. Weight. And a personality all its own.

This piece is for someone who has a heart for Southwestern jewelry both old and new, and loves the beauty that comes from giving something from the past another chapter.

The pendant hangs from a substantial sterling silver charm holder, handwoven into an intricate rope design. The necklace measures 18” and features its distinctive clasp in the front, allowing you to remove the Taxco pendant and add other charms, pendants, or treasures from your own collection.

One of a kind, with a little history already behind it and plenty of story left to tell.
